Schwartz Brewery
In the belly of the Macquarie hotel you'll find the SCHWARTZ BREWERY, a state of the art 8hl microbrewery on show for all to see. You can experience all the processes from grain to glass and watch Head brewer Samara Fuss bottle her finest brew in a purpose built bottling plant. Our beers are handcrafted in small batches from the finest natural ingredients, have no additives or preservatives and brewed without compromise.
Little Creatures Brewing
Located in a converted boatshed/croc farm, Little Creatures Brews up it's magic in a huge tin shed in Freo's Fishing Boat Harbour. Their 'cellar door' bar and restaurant serves their award-winning craft beers straight from the conditioning tanks and diners can watch the beer being made from their table.
Matilda Bay
Matilda Bay Brewing Company is dedicated to brewing a range of distinctive beers, hand crafted from the very best malt and hops available. Lord Nelson Brewery
Sydney's first and only Boutique Brewery is famous throughout the globe for its fine, award winning natural ales. The brewing process begins in the mash tun in the hotel's cellar and is fermented in the brewery in the rear bar level. The Lord brews six 100% natural ales including Quayle Ale (Summer Ale) , Trafalgar Pale Ale (English Bitter), Three Sheets (Australian Pale Ale), Victory Bitter (Extra Special Bitter) Old Admiral, (Old Ale), Nelson's Blood (Robust Porter).

Coopers
Coopers Brewery has a long rich history, which spans from its' origins in 1862 to the present day. Through the decades the brewery has seen many changes and has grown from strength to strength. Today, more than 140 years following its inception, Coopers Brewery is Australia's sole remaining family owned brewery of stature andalthough much has changed since brewing in wooden barrels in Thomas Coopers day, the family name remains synonymous with exceptional quality beers. Coopers Ales and Stout are lauded the world over for consistent traditional quality untouched by the hand of progress.

Snowy Mountain Brewery has created four unique favoursome beers that rival the true european taste. Zierholz Brewery
Zierholz Premium Brewery uses the finest ingredients and traditional German brewing techniques to create a range of handcrafted beers sure to tantalise any palate. Our beer is hand crafted in Canberra using traditional brewing techniques to enhance its distinctive fresh taste.

Prickly Moses
Once just a vineyard, now a winery and brewery that makes wine under two labels, Otway Estate and Yahoo Creek and the increasingly popular "Prickly Moses" range of micro brewed, handcrafted beers, ales and stouts. Otway Estate enjoys an idyllic setting with 16 acres of vines hidden among 28 acres of bush adjoining the Otway State Forest, just a stones throw from the Great Ocean Road and Victoria's rugged South West Coast.
